I had a longstanding problem where my heat would intermittently shut off several times in a day. I would have to constantly hit the reset button to restart the system. I had 4 different technicians come in and change parts, always with the same result of the system shutting down. During the cold spell we had last winter, I was stuck again with no heat and called Mike in an emergency since his company was close by. He came out and was honest in telling me he wasn't familiar with a converted boiler but would try and see what he could do. He was able to determine that the eye inside the reset module was dirty so the system wasn't reading the call for heat. Mike cleaned off the lens and all was good. So happy the problem was finally resolved.

Mike is great! We are remodeling a bathroom following a flood. He replaced all piping, detached the cast iron tub, moved sink supply lines back a few inches to be properly inside the wall, for a very reasonable price. He was extremely responsive, and called twice to discuss the details of the job beforehand, which was remarkable and rare especially when working on somewhat small-time projects. Thank you! We will definitely use for our plumbing needs in the future.
